Blueberry Pancake Whiskey Sour
Ingredients:
2oz Copper Run Distillery whiskey
0.75oz lemon juice
0.75oz maple syrup
20-25 blueberries
1 egg white
Instructions:
1. Add maple syrup and blueberries to a shaker and muddle.
2. Add remaining ingredients and dry shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
3. Add ice and wet shake for another 20 seconds.
4. Double strain into coupe and garnish with fresh blueberries!
