Skinny Everything Bagels and Lox

Ingredients: Bagels * 2 cups self-rising flour * 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt * 1/2 teaspoon salt * 1 teaspoon yeast * 3/4 cup water (room temp or warm) * 1 egg * Pinch of sea salt * 1 tsp water * Everything bagel seasoning Toppings
*Wixter Seafood's smoked Norwegian salmon
*Light whipped cream cheese
*Tomato
*Cucumber
*Avocado
*Red Onion
*Capers
*Dill
Instructions:
1. Heat oven to 400° place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Lightly coat with cooking spray to prevent the bagels from sticking.
2. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt & yeast together. Stir in the yogurt & mix until it starts to combine. Add 3/4 cup of water until combined & sticky.
3. Let the dough rise for at least 30 min. The longer it rises the better it tastes.
4. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts. Shape each portion of dough into a ball. Use your thumbs to make a hole in the center of each ball. Gently pull & stretch until the dough is a uniform sized ring. Repeat with remaining rounds. Flour your hands as needed to prevent the dough from sticking.
5. Mix together the egg wash by whisking the egg, salt, & water in a small bowl until smooth.
6. Dunk each bagel into your egg wash mixture until completely coated. Then over a bowl, sprinkle desired amount of everything bagel seasoning on all sides.
7. Place each bagel on your parchment lined baking sheet & bake for 20-25 min or until golden brown.
8. Slice each bagel in half and top with cream cheese, Wixter's smoked salmon and the rest of the toppings!
