You'll have the THYME for my Za'atar Roasted Cauliflower! It's quick, easy, and delicious!

Za’atar Roasted Cauliflower with Yogurt Tahini Sauce

Ingredients: ⁣⁣⁣

For the za’atar and roasted cauliflower ⁣⁣⁣

1 head cauliflower (approx. 2 pounds), cut into small florets⁣⁣⁣

4 Tablespoons olive oil⁣⁣⁣

2 garlic cloves, minced⁣⁣⁣

1/4 cup almonds or pine nuts⁣⁣⁣

2 teaspoons Za'atar spice ⁣⁣⁣

1/4 teaspoon salt⁣⁣⁣

1/8 teaspoon pepper⁣⁣⁣

Fresh parsley for garnish⁣⁣⁣

⁣⁣⁣

For the tahini yogurt sauce⁣⁣⁣

1/2 cup plain yogurt⁣⁣⁣

2 teaspoons tahini⁣⁣⁣ (I used @traderjoes)

1 teaspoon lemon juice⁣⁣⁣

Dash of salt and pepper⁣⁣⁣

⁣⁣⁣

Instructions:⁣⁣⁣

1. Preheat over to 400 degrees F.⁣⁣⁣

2. In a large mixing bowl break the cauliflower into small florets & set aside.⁣⁣⁣

3. In a small mixing bowl combine the olive oil, garlic, Za'atar, salt, pepper & whisk together.⁣⁣⁣

4. Pour the olive oil mixture over the cauliflower & use tongs to stir until all of the cauliflower is coated.⁣⁣⁣

5. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet & roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes stirring occasionally or until the cauliflower is tender.⁣⁣⁣

6. While the cauliflower is cooking, heat a small pan on medium heat. Toast the almonds or pine nuts in a dry pan for 1-2 minutes set aside.⁣⁣⁣

7. In a small mixing bowl whisk together the yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, salt & pepper.⁣⁣⁣

8. Remove the cauliflower the oven and garnish with the toasted nuts, fresh chopped parsley & drizzle the yogurt tahini sauce on top.
